Everyone has greatness in them. Reaping Women was set up to help get the greatness out. We know that life happens, and that we can often put off things we should be doing towards personal and professional development. The REAP and Rise Roadmap is a navigational tool that equips professional women to realise their abilities, to thrive and be even more fruitful both personally and professionally.
As a Certified lifestyle Physician and a Complete Health Improvement Programme (CHIP) Facilitator, I developed and implemented the REAPing CHEERS health coaching programme to help people make lasting lifestyle changes. This is delivered through group coaching, event workshops and bespoke workplace programmes to improve staff wellbeing. The coaching is also available on one to one basis.
With over 50 years of life experiences, 3 decades of marriage and motherhood and over two decades of clinical experience, I have started heartfelt discussions about subjects close to my heart. Join me at the REAP & Rise Roadmap podcast as we delve into mental wellbeing, unhelpful behaviours, addictions, and cultivating fruitfulness. Let's break the stigma and champion the journey to seeking help hand in hand! New episode dropping every Sunday evening.
The REAP & Rise Roadmap tools have been designed with goal-setting, wellbeing and fruitfulness in mind. They empower you to prioritise and accomplish your objectives using the 4 step framework that helps manage challenges while enjoying life. You will documenting your story as it unfolds in the REAP & Rise Roadmap tools. Why not check out the REAP & Rise Mini Journal to get you started.
